Wedding Planning Packages:

Each package is based on an event of 150 people or less. There is an additional $200 fee for events larger than 150 people.

1. Premium Wedding Coordination Package - $900

Full-Service Package for Brides and Grooms who want an all-inclusive, stress-free planning experience.

Services Provided:

• Full Event Planning: From start to finish, we help design and plan your wedding day, including timelines, themes, and overall design.

• Vendor Recommendations & Coordination: We assist with finding and booking trusted vendors (photographer, florist, caterer, etc.), and coordinate their services.

• Venue Selection Assistance: Help finding and securing the perfect venue that fits your wedding style and budget.

• Budget Management: Creating and managing a detailed wedding budget, ensuring you stay within your financial goals.

• Personalized Wedding Day Timeline: Create a detailed day-of schedule for all vendors and wedding party members.

• Rehearsal Coordination: Attend the rehearsal and help with logistics, timing, and direction.

• Wedding Day Coordination: Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) for a smooth and stress-free event.

• Guest List Management: Help with creating and managing invitations, RSVPs, and seating charts.

• On-site Management: Oversee the set-up, decor, and final touches at the venue.

• Vendor Payment & Finalizing Contracts: Ensure that all vendors are paid and all contracts are completed.

2. Standard Wedding Coordination Package - $600

Perfect for couples who have already started planning but need professional assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Services Provided:

• Partial Wedding Planning: Help with fine-tuning the details, including décor, schedule, and vendor confirmation.

• Vendor Recommendations: We provide a curated list of reliable vendors to fit your style and budget.

• Wedding Day Timeline: Help create a detailed day-of schedule for vendors and the wedding party.

• Rehearsal Coordination: Assist with the wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours).

• Wedding Day Coordination: Up to 8 hours of wedding day management, ensuring the ceremony and reception run smoothly.

• Vendor Communication: Liaise with your vendors a few days before the event to confirm timelines and needs.

• On-Site Coordination: Oversee set-up, décor, and ensure the event flows as planned.

3. Basic Wedding Coordination Package - $300

Ideal for couples who need minimal help but want some professional oversight for their wedding day.

Services Provided:

• Wedding Day Coordination: Up to 6 hours of coordination on your wedding day.

• Personalized Wedding Day Timeline: We help you create a basic timeline for your ceremony and reception.

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to confirm their arrival times and any last-minute details.

• Rehearsal Coordination: Up to 1 hour of assistance with your rehearsal.

• On-Site Coordination: Oversee the set-up of your ceremony and reception spaces to ensure things run on time.

• Additional Services (A La Carte):

• Day of Coordination: $25 per hour up to 6 hours then $50 per hour for each additional hour.

*Travel is not included in package pricing and will be paid at the $25 hourly rate.
